Soil Moisture Meter

The Soil Moisture Meter is a simple, manual tool that measures the moisture level of soil.

Instructions for use:

  1. Insert probe into soil
  2. Leave for one minute
  3. Read dial on meter
  4. Remove and clean probe with clean cloth

Results:

    • 1 and less = dry (suits Sansevieria)
    • 2 to 3 = damp (suits most plants)
    • 4 and higher = wet (suits aquatic plants)

    Do not leave the probe in the soil for long periods of time.
